We the citizens of the Republic of South Sudan have not been in frequent contact with our President, not knowing his health and where about of our President, the Government of South Sudan need to be marshalling the full power of the federal government and the private sector to protect the South Sudanese people from pandemic. This is the most aggressive and comprehensive effort to confront a foreign virus in modern history.
The South Sudanese people are not confident that by counting and continuing to take these tough measures without knowing where about the President, we will not significantly reduce the threat to our citizens, and we will not ultimately or expeditiously defeat this virus without the President of the Republic of South Sudan to implemented the measures.
From the beginning of time, nations and people have faced unforeseen challenges, including large-scale and very dangerous health threats to the people of the Republic of South Sudan. This is not the way it always was and always will not be.
It only matters how you the government respond, and our government are not responding with great speed and professionalism to protect the south Sudanese people who are dying day and night in Juba.
Our team is the worst anywhere in the world. At the very start of the outbreak, our government is not instituted sweeping travel restrictions on China with their donation and put in place the first federally mandated quarantine in over 15 years. The Government of the Republic of South Sudan has not declared a public health emergency and issued the highest level of travel warning on other countries as the virus spread its horrible infection.
And taking early intense action, we have seen dramatically fewer cases of the virus in the Republic of South Sudan than are now present in states of the Republic of South Sudan.
The Government of the Republic of South Sudan failed to take the same precautions and restrict travel from China and other hotspots.
As a result, a large number of new clusters in the Republic of South Sudan were seeded by travellers from Europe by South Sudanese that has lost their lives.

The restrictions have not been adjusted subject to conditions on the ground.
There were no exemptions for South Sudanese who have undergone appropriate screenings, and these prohibitions have not been applied to the tremendous amount of trade and cargo, but various other things getting approval. Anything coming from Europe to the Republic of South Sudan is were accepted.
At the same time, the government have not monitoring the situation in the world. And, as their situation improves, to revaluate the restrictions and warnings that are currently in place for a possible early opening.
The vast majority of South Sudanese are at the risk is very, very high. Young and healthy people can expect to recover fully and quickly if they should get the virus. The highest risk is for elderly population with underlying health conditions in the Republic of South Sudan. The elderly population must be very, very careful.
The Government of the Republic of South Sudan have not advised all South Sudanese that, it is essential that everyone take extra precautions and practice good hygiene. Each of us has a role to play in defeating this virus. Wash our hands, clean often-used surfaces, cover our face and mouth if we sneeze or cough, and most of all, if you are sick or not feeling well, stay home.
The people of the Republic of South Sudan are at a critical time in the fight against the virus without knowing the where about of their President. The Government of the Republic of South Sudan hesitated to take any necessary steps to protect the lives, health, and safety of the South Sudanese people.
The South Sudanese people are not going to be vigilant without knowing where about of their President and are not going to reduce the chance of infection without restrictions, South Sudanese people are not significantly impeding the transmission of the virus.
The virus will have a chance of killing thousands in the Republic of South Sudan. The nation of the Republic of South Sudan is not more prepared or more resilient like other countries around the world.
The Republic of South Sudan have no the best economy, have no the most advanced healthcare, and have no the most talented doctors, scientists, and researchers within South Sudan like other countries all over the world to deals with virus.
South Sudanese people we are all in this together. We must put politics aside, we need to stop the partisanship, and unify together as one nation and one family for fight virus even if we don’t know the where about of our President of the Republic of South Sudan.
As history has proven time and time again, South Sudanese people always rise to the challenge and overcome adversity.
